First HoldCo Plc has disclosed a significant additional insider-related (Olufemi Otedola) share acquisition involving Calvados Global Services Limited, a company linked to its Chairman and significant shareholder, Mr Olufemi Otedola, CON.

A regulatory filing submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), by Calvados Global Services Limited showed the fresh acquisition of 549,535,653 ordinary shares of First HoldCo Plc at N79.00 per share on May 13, 2026.
