Why we cannot calculate a total from 1960–2026
Nigeria has no continuous graduate‑specific unemployment records from 1960 to today.
What exists are:

General unemployment rates

Youth unemployment rates

Graduate employment reports (mostly from the 2000s onward)

Population and census data
These cannot be added up to produce a cumulative total.
