The Midlands " The Hidden Gems"

The West Midlands is the "Sponsorship Engine" of the UK healthcare sector.

People ignore Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, thinking they are too quiet.

My insight? UHNM (Stoke) and Midlands Partnership (MPFT) are "Green-Lit" for in-country switches as well.

They also prioritize local clinicians who understand the community.

If you are in a Care Home in the Midlands, these should be your Priority 1.
