Ghanaian Fashion Icon Nana Akua Addo cathedral-inspired outfit at AMVCA 2026 became one of the most talked-about fashion moments.

However, it sparked controversy after a Paris-based fashion house ALmée Couture accused her of using their creative concept, claiming they developed the artistic direction after she initially approached them with the idea.

ALmée Couture alleged that the final outfit worn by Nana Akua Addo closely mirrored the concept they had worked on together, despite the collaboration reportedly not moving forward officially.
