There's an unfortunate trend I've been seeing on buildings these days.
Irritating leaks on walls of houses, some barely 1 year old buildings. These are obvious plumbing installation failures.
It hasn't always been so. But I have been noticing it for some years now.

Is it the use of substandard pipes and accessories or the proliferation of quackery in the plumbing industry; or both?
It's so rampant and defaces otherwise architectural masterpieces.
