Why are house agents so greedy?
Some go to the extent of collecting rents twice what the landlord has issued.

Advice:: To avoid unnecessary costs, it is advisable to request a detailed video tour of the property before scheduling an in-person inspection. Only proceed with a physical viewing once you have reviewed the video and determined that the property meets your requirements. This approach helps minimize or eliminate avoidable inspection fees, which are often charged per visit.
