it would leave just as fast.
So while you’re building slowly,
you’re also building capacity.
Capacity to manage more.
Capacity to endure pressure.
Capacity to stay calm when growth finally shows.
Don’t envy speed.
Respect process.
Your foundation matters more than quick applause.
