Leadership Through Example
Children learn more from what a father does than from what he says. The problem is many men demand respect without modeling discipline, humility, and integrity. Scripture says in 1 Corinthians 11:1, “Follow my example…” Leadership is influence through example. When a father shows kindness, responsibility, honesty, and respect, his children naturally learn those values. A man who lives with character shapes the future of his family silently every day.
