What if showing up for a new day is the quietest kind of rebellion? There is doggedness in that. A stubborn, unglamorous grit that doesn’t ask for applause. It doesn’t wait for motivation. It simply says, I am here again.
Think about it, how many times have you risen not because you felt ready, but because something inside you refused to let the world spin without you? Not out of duty alone, but from a deeper, almost primal whisper that this day is still yours to shape.
So tell me, what does showing up look like for you these days? Is it dragging yourself to the shower? Opening your laptop despite the dread? However small it seems, honor it because that is where courage lives. Not on mountaintops, but in slippers. Not in speeches, but in silence. In the dogged, daily decision to meet the dawn.
Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is simply be there when the sun comes up.
