Your Excellencies President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Mr. Peter Obi, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, Leaders of Opposition Parties, and Heads of Independent Political Movements, 240 million Nigerians write to you with deep concern shared by millions of Nigerians following recent reports that the Ward 5 Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Enugu South Local Government Area was assaulted by fellow party members during or after a meeting, allegedly over the sharing of money our tax money meant for 240 million Nigerians suffering in hardship poverty and darkness

Multiple independent news reports confirm this incident, and it has raised a critical national question: Where did this money come from, and why are political actors fighting over funds while ordinary Nigerians continue to suffer and killed every day by boko haram since the so called leaders have refused to fix the root causes instead fight over our tax money that should be used to fix Nigeria and you are still paid salary every month

Over 240 million Nigerians are living through hunger, poverty, unemployment, insecurity, and darkness. Yet, instead of leadership, we witness violence among political actors over alleged financial distributions. This is unacceptable.

Nigerians are demanding the following:

Full investigation by the courts and the EFCC into the source of the money involved in this incident.

Public disclosure of all individuals involved, with names and photographs uploaded to accountability platforms such as the LekeeLekee app.

Prosecution of any politician found guilty of misappropriating public funds, including asset seizure and permanent disqualification from holding public office.

Protection of Nigerians rights to peaceful protest. Nigerians who protest hunger and hardship must not be met with violence from the police, military, Airforce or any security agency. Since leaders can fight over money sharing and still stay in public office why?

If Nigerian courts cannot uphold justice in matters as serious as this, it becomes difficult for Nigerians to maintain trust in the institutions meant to protect 240 million Nigerians

This is not about party lines. It is about the soul of our nation and the future of 240 million Nigerians who deserve transparency, accountability, and leadership rooted in integrity.

We respectfully call on you to act decisively, uphold the rule of law, and demonstrate that no individual is above accountability.

Nigeria is watching and the global world is watching on the global internet and laughing at Nigerian leaders as a joke respectfully
