Stop looking only at the NHS.

The "Hidden Pathway" is also often through Private Providers who service the NHS.

You think "Private" means "No Sponsorship." You couldn't be more wrong.

Large private surgical and dialysis hubs (like Fresenius or Spire) are major sponsors.

My final thought: These providers are often faster, more efficient, and offer a "Sovereign Path" into the UK with less red tape than a massive Trust.
