If you understand Safeguarding and the Mental Health Act, you are a "Unicorn" to a UK Recruiter.

International nurses focus on "Hard Skills" (IVs, Catheters) but ignore the Legal Frameworks that the UK values most.

My thoughts? If we inject Deprivation of Liberty (DoLS) keywords into your CV, you bypass the "Junior" filters.

This is how we get my clients into Band 6 Mental Health roles that generalists can't even touch.
