Now that the NUC have discontinue the HND top up BSC.
I hope the FG /NUC will also in real time and not just with sugar coated mouth discontinue the discrimination of HND holder's..
It's unfortunate HND holder's cannot apply for some jobs even some banks Graduate Trainee programs..
It's rare for HND holders to get a graduate trainee job in Nigeria.,, they are usually an outsourced staff......HND should be equal to BSC because they undergo practicals etc...so why, or because top up conversation is for the vulnerable people or because all elite children usually gain admission into University......
This must be look into...
