The refinery failure is the result of:

Corrupt NNPC insiders

Politically connected contractors

Weak oversight

Lack of transparency

No consequences

This is why Atiku, Dele Oye, and many experts are shouting now — they fear the same pattern is repeating with the new MoUs.
