Is this another lie, slogans and decades of fake promises without delivery?
Nigerians' skepticism is valid. Nigerian government present and past has a long history of:

Announcing infrastructure projects

Delaying implementation

Underfunding execution

Changing priorities with political cycles

Some PPP projects do get completed, but many stall.

This one will only be real when:

The concession agreements are signed

The private partners announce timelines

Procurement or hiring notices appear publicly

Until then, it’s just an approval — not a job pipeline why?
