Claims by Dele Oye alleging a lack of competence on the part of Sanjiang and Xingcheng are baseless. Both companies signed the MoU with NNPC for the rehabilitation of the Port Harcourt and Warri refineries. The vision here is an energy park on both sides that delivers vertical integration through Sanjiang’s track record, and horizontal integration through Xingcheng’s expertise.
