Greetings to the Esteemed Members of the Nigerian Judiciary & courts 240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep concerns shared by millions of Nigerians regarding the state of justice, governance, and national priorities.

The recent PDP Supreme Court judgment has reminded the nation that internal party matters are not beyond judicial scrutiny. 240 million Nigerians believe this moment calls for unity rather than celebration, and for institutions to focus on strengthening democracy rather than enabling division.

Across the country, there is growing frustration that the courts are frequently drawn into disputes between political parties, opposition groups, and independent candidates. 240 million Nigerians feel that these conflicts consume valuable judicial time that could instead be directed toward addressing the root causes of insecurity, including boko haram and other forms of violence that continue to claim innocent lives for decades

Approximately 240 million Nigerians are exhausted by repeated cycles of slogans, promises, and political infighting. They want to see meaningful action: accountability for corruption, recovery of stolen public funds, and equal application of the law. Many believe that corrupt politicians should face justice, have their assets seized, and be held responsible for the misuse of national resources.

At the same time, ordinary 240 million Nigerians often face arrest or prosecution for minor or unclear offenses, while high-level corruption appears to go unpunished. This imbalance undermines public trust in the justice system.

Nigerians are calling for a judiciary that prioritizes:

Ending the killings and addressing the root causes of terrorism and insecurity.

Ensuring that corruption cases are pursued vigorously and transparently.

Supporting national development by enabling policies that create jobs, provide stable electricity, expand access to education and healthcare, and strengthen agriculture.

240 million Nigerians feel that political actors—whether in the ruling party, opposition, or independent circles—who are not committed to addressing these urgent national issues should step aside and go away never to come back respectfully.

The judiciary plays a critical role in shaping the future of 240 million Nigeria. 240 million of Nigerians are looking to the courts for fairness, courage, and leadership at a time when the nation needs it most.
