No — boko haram does not operate in Warri or Delta State.
boko haram and ISWAP operate mainly in the Lake Chad Basin (Borno, Yobe, Adamawa) and parts of northwestern Nigeria, not the Niger Delta.

boko haram is a violent extremist organization responsible for severe harm, killings, and human rights abuses. They are not active in Warri.
