Members give sacrificially, often beyond their means, hoping for divine intervention.

The church does not operate as a wealth‑redistribution system; its investments (schools, universities, hospitals) are often priced beyond the reach of average members.

Nigeria’s systemic poverty means even large churches cannot offset national economic collapse.
