Your Excellencies President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Mr. Peter Obi, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, leaders of opposition parties, and all independent presidential aspirants, 240 million Nigerians are writing to express a message rooted in concern, urgency, and love for Nigeria and its 240 million citizens. Leadership is not about slogans, photo opportunities, or speeches filled with promises that never materialize. Nigeria needs leaders who are serious, sincere, and committed to solving the real problems affecting our people.
If anyone truly loves Nigeria and intends to lead it, the first responsibility is to invest in the foundations of national growth: agriculture, manufacturing, and job creation. Nigeria has the capacity to feed itself and export food, yet millions remain unemployed and hungry. We have the talent and resources to fabricate machines—such as water nylon production machines, rubber and cylinder printing machines—right here in Lagos. Supporting these industries will create jobs for millions and reduce our dependence on imports.
Instead of spending public funds on endless speeches, media tours, and political theatrics, we need investment in the lives of ordinary Nigerians. We need leaders who will fix the root causes of insecurity, including boko haram, by addressing poverty, unemployment, and lack of opportunity.
Nigeria needs unity, peace, and love—not division. Our children deserve a future where leadership is earned through service, not propaganda.
The will of 240 million Nigerians must be respected. Elections must reflect the true choice of the people. To achieve this, our courts and judiciary must be reformed to ensure justice, fairness, and zero tolerance for corruption. The judiciary is the last hope of the common Nigerian, and it must be strengthened.
Security must also be modernized. Installing CCTV cameras across all 36 states and 774 local government areas will help citizens report crimes quickly and allow authorities to respond effectively. Nigerians should be able to view public security feeds on their phones to promote transparency and safety.
This is a call for genuine leadership. If you are serious about leading Nigeria, act now. If not, step aside and allow true nation-builders to emerge.
Nigeria deserves better. Nigerians deserve better. Our children deserve better.
Faithfully,
Concerned 240 million Nigerians tired of lies/slogans suffering in poverty & darkness
