Bruno Fernandes is the Footballer Writers Association (FWA) FOOTBALLER OF the Year 2026.

The Manchester United captain pulled 45% of the votes of the 900 members , about 405 Votes .
While the balance 55% of the association votes was shared between Declan Rice the runner up & Helin Haaland came third in the poll.

Wayne Rooney was the last red to win the award in 2010.
