Your Excellencies President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Mr. Peter Obi, and Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, Opposition parties, independent candidates 240 million Nigerians are writing to you out of deep concern for the direction of our country and the urgent need for unified national leadership. Nigerians across all regions are watching the continued focus on political positioning for 2027 while the most critical issues threatening our survival remain unresolved.

The ongoing insecurity, especially the persistent threat of boko haram, has made it impossible for farmers to return to their fields and for children to safely attend school. Without addressing the root causes of this crisis now, the consequences will continue to devastate our nation.

We need to see genuine collaboration between national leaders, opposition figures, and the governors across all 36 states 774LGA. Nigerians are not seeing the coordinated action, transparency, or urgency that this moment demands. Instead, the country is increasingly divided by political slogans, accusations, and public appearances that do not translate into real progress.

With over 240 million Nigerians — including millions of young graduates — urgently needing jobs, security, and stability, the time for political gamesmanship has long passed. Nigerians are tired of decades of unfulfilled promises. We need measurable action now 5/8/2026, not rhetoric.

If any leader is not prepared to prioritize the lives of 240 million Nigerians, safety, and future of Nigerians above political ambition, then it is only fair to step aside. Our nation cannot afford further delay.

This message is written respectfully but firmly, reflecting the frustration and exhaustion felt by 240 million Nigerians who simply want a country that works for everyone

Faithfully,
240 million concerned Nigerians in hardship, poverty & darkness
