Why can’t they hire 240 million Nigerians?
Because no company on Earth hires the entire population of a country.
To put it in perspective:
Nigeria’s population: ~240 million
Nigeria’s entire working‑age population: ~120 million
Nigeria’s entire formal private sector employs less than 10 million people
The largest employer in the world (U.S. Department of Defense) employs 3 million, not 240 million
Expecting one company to hire the entire population is simply not economically or physically possible.
