Troops Bust Weapon Fabrication Ring, Recover AK-47 Rifles in Jos South

Troops of Operation ENDURING PEACE have dismantled two illegal arms manufacturing factories in Vom, Jos South LGA of Plateau State, arresting five suspects and recovering fabricated AK-47 rifles, magazines, ammunition components, and weapon-production equipment.

The intelligence-led operation led to the recovery of nine fabricated AK-47 rifles, one locally made pistol, seven skeletal rifles, welding machines, drilling tools, and other industrial equipment used for illegal arms production.
