If Chelsea lose to Liverpool and Bournemouth beat Fulham, Chelsea would be officially unable to finish in the top five Premier League places next season.

However, a 6th-place finish could still qualify for the Champions League if Aston Villa win the Europa League while finishing 5th in the league.
