"Anderson is absolutely number one. He’s the de facto number one target. INEOS don’t have massively long lists. […] I think Tonali is still in play, but you speak to people around the club and they say interest has cooled on him - I think he’s one of the big midfielders available this summer. Baleba is, I feel like that’s the easiest deal to do. Tchouameni, really difficult deal to do. Elliot Anderson is the number one target.
