Your Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Hon. Kayode Akinmade,240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep concern shared by 240 million Nigerians regarding public safety, transparency, and the urgent need for unified national action. This message reflects the frustration of Nigerians who feel unheard and increasingly anxious about the state of governance and public welfare.

Across the world, no government is perfect, but trust is built through honesty, accountability, and visible action. Today, 5/8/2026 240 million Nigerians believe that our institutions have struggled for decades with broken promises, inconsistent communication, and inadequate public services. This distrust is not abstract—it affects how 240 million Nigerians view their safety, their future, and their relationship with the state.

A critical issue is aviation safety. Nigerians deserve clear, verifiable proof that all aircraft operating across the 36 states and 774 LGAs meet global safety standards. Publishing transparent safety audits on a public platform such as the LekeeLekee app daily video upload would demonstrate accountability and reassure both Nigerians and the international world in the 195 countries that the Nigerian government are serious no lies/no slogans but committed to good governance

Additionally, reports of a new disease spreading globally have raised fears reminiscent of the COVID-19 pandemic. In such a moment, international travel should be approached with extreme caution, and national focus must shift toward protecting lives rather than political campaigns. Nigerians expect all political actors—government, opposition, and independents—to suspend unnecessary spending on 2027 election activities and instead work together to strengthen public health.

We urgently need:

Free, accessible healthcare in all 36 states and 774 LGAs

Fair salaries for doctors, nurses, and all medical staff

Fully equipped hospitals and emergency centers

Reliable free 24/7 electricity now 5/8/2026

Free public Wi-Fi/data now 5/8/2026 to support education, communication, and economic activity

These are not luxuries—they are the foundation of a functioning society. Nigerians are tired of slogans, tired of excuses, and tired of promises that never materialize. We ask for decisive action, transparency, and a renewed commitment to the well-being of every citizen.

The safety and dignity of 240 million Nigerians must come before politics.

Respectfully,
Concerned 240 million Nigerians suffering in hardship, poverty & darkness
