It is reported that Bashir Dalhatu of the Arewa Consultative Forum adviced the Federal government to consider extending amnesty to terrorists and armed groups in the north just as similar measures was granted to Niger Delta Militants. This, of course, is the real reason why the north brought upon themselves the affliction of terrorists and blood-sucking demons on their land. They virtually don't have anything to contribute to the national treasury like the Niger Delta region, hence started killing innocent citizens just to gain attention to themselves. Shameless bunch!
