A second teenager has been charged with murder over the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy in Woolwich, south-east London, United Kingdom.

The boy, 15, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested on Wednesday, May 6, and subsequently charged over Eghosa Ogbebor's death.
