Honourable Minister Tegbe, 240 million Nigerians are writing out of deep frustration shared by millions of Nigerians. For decades, we have heard paper plans, slogans, and promises of improvement in the power sector, yet they lived reality remains the same: unstable electricity, unreliable infrastructure, and no visible progress that matches the scale of the commitments made.

Nigerians are not asking for miracles. We are asking for honesty, transparency, and measurable action. If 24/7 electricity and nationwide connectivity are not achievable in the short term, we deserve a clear explanation. If the issue is funding, policy, capacity, or political will, then say so plainly. What resources do we have, what is missing, and what is the realistic timeline for change?

As of 5 July 2026, over 240 million Nigerians continue to live with the consequences of decades of unfulfilled promises. We cannot afford another cycle of slogans without substance. We need visible, real progress now—progress that can be felt in homes, businesses, schools, and hospitals.

Please provide Nigerians with a straightforward account of what is possible, what is not, and what concrete steps will be taken immediately. The country deserves clarity, not another generation of waiting.
