Xenophobia in South Africa:

I watched in the floor of our National Assembly, the lip service brouhaha by our national Assembly members concerning the protests and attacks on Nigerians living in South Africa by the South African citizens!
The truth remains that our national Assembly members lack the scruples and moral compass because back in Nigeria, there are wide-spread impunity; no nationhood, no justice, and Nigerians are slaughtered daily due to lack of government protection.
You know, when the US president Donald Trump called Nigeria a disgraced country; he was simply referring to our leaders. Thus, what is happening in South Africa should be blamed on our political leaders who since Independence failed to provide sound leadership and good governance!
If you take a study of a domesticated bred chickens and the normal country chickens, you will discover that the domesticated bred chickens are caged and fed while the normal country chickens go out and struggle to fend for themselves.
Now, while the normal country live chickens are stronger, wiser, productive, more energetic, and full of ideas; the caged chickens only know how to eat!
So, our political leaders only know how to loot and consume public fund; they are unproductive and bereft of ideas. As a result, Nigerians in Diaspora are not respected anywhere in the world!
Simple solution: Make Nigeria a better place; there will be no "jakpa," and Nigerians will be eager to come back home!
