Mild Uchenna: Yes, it happens and it's frustrating, but ERs use triage, so the most critical cases are treated first.
What needs to change is better funding, more staff, and improved hospital systems. Public awareness also helps reduce unnecessary ER pressure.

Efemena Akelemo: Yes i have, it can be very traumatic. I rushed my mum to the hospital emergency one day, and the wait was unending. There's always shortage of staff, especially at night.
