“I Was Paid ₦500,000” — Suspect Confesses After Acid Attack on Lagos Spa Worker

A 37-year-old suspect, Ziaulihak Zakari, has confessed to carrying out an acid attack on a spa worker in Lakowe, Lagos, after allegedly being paid ₦500,000 for the job.

The victim, Olorunseunfunmi Awosogbon, suffered severe injuries during the October 2025 incident after responding to a home service appointment. Reports say she was not the intended target.
