5 signs your business is ready for automation — and you just have not done it yet:

1. You do the same task more than 3 times a week
If you are doing it that often and it follows the same steps every time — a workflow can do it instead of you.

2. Something important has slipped through the cracks
A follow-up you forgot. A post you missed. A file you lost. Systems do not forget. Humans do.

3. You are the only person who knows how something works
If your whole operation depends on you remembering a process in your head — you do not have a business, you have a job you cannot leave.

4. You feel busy all day but cannot point to what you actually built
Busyness without progress is the clearest sign that your time is going into the wrong places.

5. You keep saying "I need to find a tool for that"
You already know something needs automating. The tool exists. You just have not connected it yet.
