I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol, and I don't take soft drinks as well. Sometimes when I go out with people and they offer me and I reject, there's thing I feel like kind of body shaming.

Sometimes I just feel like I'm doing too much but I know the importance of what I'm doing but it's really hard, guys.
