Ondo State: NERC Must Steer Clear of Intra-State Power Distribution - Alabi

Electricity regulation was once under the purview of NERC before the 2023 amendment ceded it to the states. Today, 16 states have gained full autonomy over electricity regulation. NERC must steer clear of intra-state distribution so states can fully implement the new decentralisation framework. The Commission is acting beyond its powers.
