Nigeria is facing a challenging moment on the national and global stages. We've seen South Africa and Ghana express their discontent with our citizens residing among them, and it's likely that more countries may follow. Our situation is twofold: we have some individuals among us who have tarnished our reputation, contributing to a troubling presence in foreign prisons. These countries are also facing economic and unemployment problems and see us as the first step in reducing competition for jobs in their respective nations.
