A South African woman known for her xenophobic views was captured in a recent video confronting an African immigrant at a public hospital.

In the heated exchange, she demanded that he stop using public healthcare facilities and instead opt for private hospitals, claiming that resources should be reserved for South African citizens.

During the argument, the woman aggressively told the immigrant to return to his home country and focus on developing it rather than relying on South African services.

She accused him of burdening the already strained public system and insisted that foreigners were taking opportunities away from locals.

Her tone remained confrontational throughout the clip. The immigrant, visibly composed, pushed back against her statements and questioned the presence of a white South African woman standing alongside the xenophobic group.

He highlighted the apparent inconsistency in her position, asking why a fellow African was being targeted while others were not. This line of questioning seemed to catch her off guard momentarily.

In response, the xenophobic woman defended her white colleague without hesitation. She openly declared that she would always choose a white South African over a black African.
