Army Defends Arrest of “Justice Crack” as Court Orders Remand

The Armed Forces of Nigeria has backed its action against activist Justice Mark Chidiebere, known as Justice Crack. They argue that engaging soldiers online and encouraging discontent could undermine discipline during active operations.

Earlier, a Federal High Court in Abuja has also ordered his remand in the custody of the Department of State Services over alleged cybercrime offences linked to his viral video.
