Zenith Bank Announces Retirement of Founder Jim Ovia, Appoints Mustafa Bello as New Chairman

Dr. Ovia’s exit comes after completing the regulatory maximum of 12 years as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman. Engr. Mustafa Bello joined the Board on December 29, 2017, and is currently the longest-serving director. He is currently the Chairman of Invest-in-Northern Nigeria Limited, a special purpose vehicle for the economic and social transformation of the Northern Nigerian Economy.
