What happened in calabar can only be traced back to failure in government to do the right things. our hospitals are not working. My advice is; students should get their PVCs during elections, take your protest to your polling units. This is the kind of protest we should see when INec try to rig elections. Vote out bad government and our roads, hospitals and every other institutions will be fixed....if Nigeria was working those that were rush to the hospital would have been safed
