If those politicians and other elites were serious now 5/4/2026 their money could:

Seed endowments for free schools, clinics, and scholarships in the north‑east.

Back guarantee funds so banks lend to local businesses.

Finance independent media and civic groups that hold government accountable.

Support trauma, education, and reintegration programs that governments underfund.

But the key is this their money should follow an action like this, not replace it. Cash without structure becomes another leak. Structure without resources becomes another document on a shelf. This is a humble request
