I thought NIS has made passport issuance and renewal much easier.My middle-aged son applied to renewed his passport online a couple of weeks ago.He made online payment of #135,000 for the 5 year booklet.
When he went for the Biometric Capture,he was made to pay another #35,000 without receipt,for express processing.He has been going to Alahusa centre for the collection for over 2 weeks without success.They told him their printer is faulty.This is so frustrating,to say the least.Minister of Interior must hear this.
