Supreme Court Nullified Both PDP Conventions — Amadi

While the PDP case focused on the Ibadan Convention, the cross-appeal examined Sam Anyanwu’s suspension and others — upheld by the Supreme Court. The pro-Wike convention was held with the authorisation of officers who no longer validly held those positions.
