Sometime last week, I was in a conversation with a friend and he casually mentioned to me that someone owed him the sum of 700k since 2023 and the person had been dodging him, he said to me, "no matter how long it takes I must get my money back". As a Lawyer let me state, recovery of debt, in the eyes of the law is time bound. When you don't take the right steps to recover debt owed to you, after some time you loose the right of claim to that money completely. Please note and be guided!!!
