Many people go to work every day knowing something is not right…
Broken equipment, poor safety measures, risky environments — yet they stay silent.
But here’s the big question 👇
🧠 Should employees speak up about unsafe working conditions, even if it risks their job?
Is it better to stay quiet and stay employed…
Or speak up and protect lives, even if it comes at a cost?
Some say:
👉 “My job feeds me, I can’t risk it.”
Others say:
👉 “No job is worth my life.”
