Kateřina Siniaková and Taylor Townsend were crowned the women's doubles champions at the 2026 Madrid Open 🏆

They defeated Mirra Andreeva and Diana Shnaider 7–6(2), 6–2 in the final.

This is their sixth title together as a team and their third consecutive WTA 1000 title this year, following wins at Indian Wells and Miami (the "Sunshine Double").
