Supreme Court’s Decision to Refer ADC to the High Court Is Not a Setback — Nzeako

Today, there is an authentic ADC leadership headed by David Mark, and no court pronouncement has nullified their position. The ADC leadership can field candidates while the case at the Federal High Court proceeds. There is no reason why INEC would not engage with the David Mark-led leadership.
