Global-standard skills for 240 million Nigerian youths and graduates
Training must be certified and exportable, so Nigerian youths can work locally and internationally.

Education and skills as a national obligation and a must for all 240 million Nigerian youths
Compulsory free higher learning for youths in the 36 states 774LGA

Aim that every 240 million Nigerian youths should either:

Have a degree, or

Have a technical/vocational skilled mechanic, plumbing, electrician, welding, coding this will eliminate crime and Nigerian police/Airforce/military will not have excuses to kill Nigerians if they do they must be punished that is if the Nigerian courts and judiciary are serious the global world is watching we are not asking for perfectism no country is perfect laws must work for all 240 million Nigerians respectfully this is a humble request
