Can he provide free education, housing, and healthcare?
These are extremely expensive programs. For context:

Nigeria’s federal budget is around ₦27–30 trillion in recent years.

Free nationwide education, housing, and healthcare would require massive revenue increases, major subsidy reforms, or borrowing.

Many of these services are constitutionally the responsibility of state governments, not the federal government.

A president can propose reforms, but implementation depends on:

National Assembly approval

State government cooperation

Sustainable revenue sources

So the question is not can he promise it? but “can Nigeria afford it and who will fund it?
